Haha, a trial for academy? what has our soccer world come to when we are having trials at U9. That's simply nuts. good luck coach, no pun intended.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, but I'll clear it up for you.
" A trial" only means, bringing a player in to see if he/she is a good fit for the squad, she responds well to the coach, and comfortable in a environment to make and help them
Become successful.
Also, in professional systems, which I grew up in, I had trials at u8 to u21. That's how you indetify players in a game like situation other than scouting at their own games.
