CPP from primetime to LH or PPL?

Can a select player, that only plays in the primetime league, guest play to LH or PPL?

Guest play and Club Player Pass (CPP) are technically 2 different things:

Guest play is not allowed in either PPL or LH.
PPL does not allow CPP either.

LH allows CPP. In order to be eligible for CPP, the player has to registered as a competitive player with NTSSA and has to be assigned to the NTSSA roster of a team from the same club that she wants to CPP with. The team she is rostered with in NTSSA doesn't have to be in an NTSSA league, but the team and player have to be registered with NTSSA.

PrimeTime is US Club sanctioned, not NTSSA, so you would need to know what her NTSSA status is to know if she could CPP into LH.

As an FYI - There are many LH players playing in PrimeTime as mainly subs. But very few Primetime players playing in LH.
