APEC Fort Worth is committed to helping the soccer athletes in the DFW area improve Speed, Agility, Quickness, Power, and Soccer Specific strength. The best way to prevent injury is through a well rounded training system. We will make sure to incorporate all aspects of human performance from Mindset, to Nutrition, to Athletic Performance. We currently have Soccer classes Tues/Thurs from 6pm-7:30pm Tuesday and Thursdays. We max our classes out at 16 people per class to ensure maximum quality with each individual based on how our facility is laid out and to maintain a good coach to athlete ratio based on our training. We will also have summer programs starting June 5th.
