Can a player born in 2008 play on a 07 select team in Lake Highlands or any NTSSA sanction league/tournament in 2018?

No. Needs to be a USCS league/tournament for u10s to play up with u11s.

There's always hope for the Christmas spirit to cleanse the hard heart and to make things honest. Maybe the club will right it's ways this holiday season and play by the rules in the spring.

Yes, after July 1st, when yall become U11's, 08s can join 07 teams and play where ever they want. Just not until 7/1/18...
