There are guidelines provided for sizing the image. People just need to follow the guidelines and their images will work great.

Size is limited, but at low resolutions or on some mobile web browsers there is some overlap.

Admin to eliminate the cluster of duplicate post for team needs why dont you have 4 hierachal tabs built in the application one by topic for age groups and gender friendly and one by teams. Is this software limited in space? Otherwise we get the same information posted on both tabs. It might help keep things more organized and clean.

But, if anyone out there is a java programmer with phpbb3 experience that wants to put in a lot of time in exchange for constant harrasment, Ive got a position available.

Get a maintenance agreement on the software it probably needs a new release and get technical help to access and correct the situation. It might be worth it to you. Theres enough marketing dollars pumping in to the coffers to invest in support in Indonesia.

I'm not sure software maintenance agreement means what you think it does.  No maintenance agreements include customization of modules or site design. I'm sure the software is updated, but that's not going to help with coding on the site. Coders usually cost $125hr and modules can easily to 8-20 hours to build.   I think you are off on there being coffers filled with ad revenue. This isn't a national site, and marketing usually requires more than one niche in one city to make any revenue.  Each click probably gets around a dollar and you are lucky to get one click per for 1,000 visitors.  How many visitors does the site get a day?  I'd think 2 or 3 thousand tops and how many click an add, who knows?

I'm not sure anything needs fixed, it looks fine to me. Want to see broke look at South Texas or most other regional forums. Maybe you can invest in this site, Im sure a small staff of full time developers and a seasoned team lead can realize your perfect forum dreams. Where is Richard Hendrix? We need three comma guy!

Not knowing the software limitations, is there a way to create two columns, side-by-side on the page, 1 for Boys and 1 for Girls? Two columns instead of one in the middle might truncate some of the headlines, but I think we would all adjust. This would reduce the need for half(ish) of the community to scroll down just to get to the topics focused on them/their boys. Having them side-by-side also minimizes some of the "pecking order" stuff of who was here first (not that it matters). Functionality wise, it would improve the experience on a laptop, though not sure how that would work in mobile.

Regardless, keep up the effort. I think some of these things will sort themselves out over time.
