Clubs and Teams During COVID-19
Clubs and Teams During COVID-19
Anyway, I actually would be interested in knowing what teams and clubs are doing during COVID-19. I think it would provide others with helpful information on evaluating clubs and teams. Plus, it would give everyone a chance to show positivity toward their coach and team. At the same time, it will allow me to determine if Billy Bob’s coach and club is the normal.
Also, has anyone heard how clubs plan on approaching or changing next year? With the uncertainty, I am going to find it it difficult to a make a financial commitment for a year.
Finally, how about any changes with NTSSA or leagues? To me, this would be a great opportunity for NTSSA to change some rules and allow mor flexibility. Personally, I would be in favor of relaxing restrictions concerning transfers and requiring year long commitments. I understand the reasoning, but I have always found it crazy that we expect kids to make a year long commitment to a club, especially when that commitment tends to run one way. I believe in chaos and the free market.
This might be a good time for teams, clubs, and organizations to think outside the box. I hope everyone is surviving and staying safe.

I am curious why some clubs are getting new kits for the 20/21 season when so many have been financially impacted by the virus. Also, who knows when the kids will be practicing together again let along playing again to be wearing their fancy new uniforms.

By this shutdown. Quit being so selfish and thinking only of yourself.

I was asking a simple question. As you know families pay thousands of dollars to be on a team let alone hundreds for kits. A lot of people who have kids playing for clubs no longer have jobs and clubs switching kits every two years I think can hold off another year.
Peace out

For my Rec 09G's I send out a weekly plan, not to much participation.

Last week they stared team zoom practices twice a week to go along with the workout videos. They also have been doing optional yoga via zoom as well.
