Best/Worst 07/06/05 Coaches? Empty Best/Worst 07/06/05 Coaches?

I am trying to find the proper place for my two players next year. My girls no longer want any part of the oligarchy that happens at FCD with Grubb & Ring (Ring is out to lunch 24/7 (what a weirdo) and Grubb is all about living in the past and is not interested in development, only recruiting). Are there better solutions out there? #desperateforchange

I have no information to help you, but I wish these pages were more active again. I think they provide a much better way to learn about these types of things than the FB pages that everyone posts on now.

Time and time again Dallas Kicks Soccer Club (DKSC) has proven to be the cream of the crops. Our most recent hire of Paul Jobson is further validation that our club is committed to superior development compared to other clubs. What began as an idea is now a reality.....

I agree wish this page was more active, was very useful when my girls were little. We’ve had a good experience with Adam Flynn in these age groups.

Goodluck, coaches don't coach anymore. They run a couple of drills. three lines pass to each other, cross over and shoot then chase the ball and do it all again. After a 10 to 15 minute water break its scrimmage time.
Why dont they train and maintain speed, agility, individual ball skills and field vision? They have an hour and half to do all of this. The older they get the less the coaches are involved and its all about how much money they can get for the club.
Now it's not if your good enough its do you have the money and are willing to sign. They will have thier top 11 players and then the guest players will play or even start. This makes them to olny have to worry about 11 and not 16. They dress it all up at first and put on a show but after you sign it all changes.

I say do away with guest players and be a real coach. Develop all 16 players and put them all on the field. Be proud of what you developed and how you did it. Don't have guest players bail them out to make the stats and rankings look good.

Obviously you have been blinded by the BS that most coaches spew . Try Flanagan at Renegades 06

this answer depends on how far you are willing to commute. I would not dismiss all FCD coaches. Tyler Powell has 05 & 06G FCD teams on the west side (colleyville). He has done very well with his girls team, is very helpful and well connected if your DD wants to play at the next level (helped every one of his 01's get an offer).

Honestly, having been around for a while, most are disappointing - development, demeanor, communication, and more - especially at the elite level. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Coach Powell is FORTUNATE that the TURDS are fed directly into his MOUTH. Our DKSC coaches eat far fewer turds than inferior FCD coaches. #blessed
