Plano Labor Day Tournament thoughts

Our team just finished the Plano Labor Day Tournament and I have to say that it was the strangest tournament I have ever been to. My son is a senior in HS. Just wanted to know if any other teams had a strange tournament. Please share your thoughts.

Why was it strange?

I fail to understand how anyone who posts here is taken aback by anything youth sports' organizers do.

It's not like PYSA staffers had on hand fields to use, nor are they incented to go above and beyond.

If your coach isn't using this as a teaching moment about accepting the things that cannot be controlled, they aren't doing their job.  Seriously.  

Nothing to be done other than move forward.  The amount of whining and the absolute $hit-stirring that that Simmons guy behind fut411 is doing is just.. infantile.

Take the L, move on and grow up.  OP, this isn't really directed at you.  This is just the vitriol being posted about youth sports organizations that people pay stupid amounts of money to just starting to wear out this old man's gaskets.
