Why is BVB having troubles filling the female rosters for their “elite” teams? Want a hint? It’s the coaching culture that has been allowed to fester recently. You guys are literally having to waive and or give heavily discounted dues to get girls to join your 07 08 09 and 10s GA FDL and ECNL RL NTX teams? At this point is BVB even going to be able to fill enough teams stay in GA and ECNL leagues? Rumor has it y’all are being pulled from GA. If Nancy and Colin tell you otherwise they are not telling you the truth. Parents, if you have a daughter avoid this club at all costs. Not convinced? Ask them how many girls from 07-2010 left after May of this year. It’s over 40 percent for a reason.

If you have a specific issue with the 2009s or with me, don't hide behind your profile. Lets have a discussion over it. Did I personally wrong you in some way? As far as the numbers you claim, I can't speak for any age group except my 09s and our numbers have gone up. Not only do we have stronger GA and ECRL teams for next year, I had no trouble filling our new FDL team. I currently have 43 girls across GA, FDL, and ECRL. So while we do still have a couple open spots for FDL/ECRL/GCL, I don't consider that having trouble filling our rosters. How many girls left from my 09 GA team? 2. One moved to Arizona and the other one was offered a spot on FDL but declined. I have nothing to hide. You're welcome to come to our trainings and see how many girls are out there, and speak to our existing parents.

Nope nothing personal with you or your 09s. I’m just curious about why your club is having so many issues? Obviously with a whopping 43 players for 4 leagues you’re not having any problems. Good luck.

Just making sure I didn't wrong you somehow because your post doesn't sound like curiousity. It sounds like animosity. When you reply to my post and include me in what you consider a festering coaching culture, make unsubstantiated claims about our financials and our standing with GA, and tell parents to avoid us at all cost, it does feel a tinsy winsy bit personal. Do you even know me? Do you know my coaching methodology? Do you know my kids and have taken the time to understand how I treat them? Do you know what we've been through to get where we are? If the answer is no, then you should reflect on what the purpose of your original post was. You should reflect on why you're coming at me this way if it's not personal, if your beef is with the club, or if it's just curiosity.

Nah definitely not personal I have not a clue who you are. Never heard of you. You were one of the few coaches from BVB to post on Here so I thought I would ask you about the issues at your club. Obviously you are not aware of the GA issues. ( I never mentioned financials. Is that a problem again?) I just said the coaching culture is toxic on the girls elite side. Why is that? I’ll leave you with an old Polish saying… If nine good people sit down to eat at a table with 1 Nazi there is a table with 10 Nazis. Think about it.

You asked why we're having trouble filling our rosters. I am not. If the other age groups are having difficulties, why not ask those coaches on Facebook since they haven't posted here? Is it because your anonymity would be lost? And who doesn't have some type of challenge filling rosters this time of year? You then mention a "coaching culture that has been allowed to fester recently." Care to provide details? You say we're having to waive and/or give discounted dues then turn around and ask if we'll have enough teams for GA and ECNL. How could you possibly know all the financial information for all those age groups yet not know if we'll have enough teams for either platform? You say it's not personal but you tell parents to avoid our club at all cost. It may not be personal towards me but it certainly sounds personal between you and the club. And if this beef isn't with me or my 09 girls, why try to shit on us? Why not have the courage to address it with whomever wronged you or our club leadership, since you know at least a couple of them? As far as your claim that I'm a "Nazi by association," am I to blindly trust the word of someone who hides behind an anonymous soccer forum profile over my own experience with BVB so far?

I did and they didn’t respond. You have been the only one to respond. Want to know about the waived dues. Ask Nancy and again it’s nothing personal against you or your team I’m not familiar with either. You just happen to be the first to respond.

What is your grievance, exactly? If you’re not gonna tell me then just move on with your life.
