These types of test have been out for awhile now. I read an article in a cycling magazine a year or 2 ago. They were testing this cyclist from Colorado. He was 50 something and had the oxygen output or input of a 22 year old olympian. They tested his 20 something son who was winning mountain biking races and he didn't have the same Olympic levels but was better suited for I think quick bursts. It was pretty interesting article.

I'm just curious why anyone would test their kid.....doesn't make sense.
So you have the monkey bar gene which allows you to swing at an early age, yippy but their still kids.

I forgot about the part where they can tell if you are a high risk factor for head injuries. that may hold value to some.

My son tested part sloth, part dwarf, daughter had negligible GaGa markers so, at least that's a plus.
As with most parents, my test was pretty much equivalent to the Messi/Einstein combo.

I got it! The new trend that academy teams will take.....before being able to join any team, you will have to provide your DD's test results or pay to have them taken and for those that test with athletic abilities will be automatically placed on the team at a discounted rate while the rest of us who's genes suck will pay full price.

Coach's / scouts do the gene eyeball test all the time. Especially common in other sports.

They mainly showed me pictures, cuz the report had a lot of words with more than one syllable on it.

No need to test the Dalglish 04 girls. We already know they rank at near god-like levels of athleticism and coordination/skill.
coudln't resist...
