Recruiting Legal?

With all the tournaments going on I've seen an increase in recruiting new players. What's you thoughts on this, Fair,unfair, legal, or illegal?
Why are coaches getting so deep in recruiting? Are not parents doing enough?

it's not illegal or shady. Acadmy is open and parents should be looking for the right team and fit for their need. Come select a contract will be signed and like it or not you are stuck for a year.
