Bend Austin and Deer Park in the second round looks to be a good one as well as potential 2nd round matchup between Cy Fair and Houston Memorial.

Region 4: I'm guessing that the winner of this district will likely be San Antonio Reagan over Cibolo Steele. Reagan should more than hold their own in the state tournament.

With a 4-0 loss to Klein early in the year I dont think Rowe will challenge the SA area schools in the regiontal semis. Will probably be an all SA regional final New braunfels beat Johnson. NB is a shadow of what they were in 2005 making it to state. Reagan and Brandeis

Region IV has a team Nikki Rowe that is on a tear and playing a brand of ball not usually seen in those parts. Speed and technically sound, set plays are deadly for this group. They will be sitting in the Region tourney and in a one game match will challenge any Region IV power. Opened with a 7-0 romp over Alexander last night.

I am sure it is just a ploy so Carroll can play them before their girls have played too many games in the International Cup, right Ferris? I had heard that Legacy wanted to play Thursday but not sure of the reason. They must have won the flip. It may have been no more than them just wanting SLC to have less rest or maybe they had a conflict with club or Good Friday.
