Who is Blitz United?? Is this a new team?

Blitz white is a team from Tulsa. My dd team has not played them this year, but last year they were very athletic.

You got to love those 7:30 AM games!

Don't plan out your weekend yet...there is a big caveat that says these are preliminary schedules for comment from team officials....

translated: many coaches have multiple teams - report your conflicts. These schedules will probably change, but the groups are probably set unless there is a true "group of death" somewhere.

I was "excited" to see 7:30 both on Saturday and Sunday, but then I noticed everyone is in the same boat. Just hope the hotel has breakfast out early...

Check out the 04 Silver bracket, some good teams in there and with 12 teams in pool play 8 make it to Qtrs.

BTW, anyone know when the schedules are final?

Although not new to club soccer, I am new to the 04 girls scene. Not sure how the teams stack up against each other. I know they all play in different leagues and such, but just wondering if any of you "senior" posters have any insight as to the matchups....with a tournament coming up, my thoughts increasingly deviate away from work, and focus more on soccer...

Anybody want to take a stab at ranking or offering up predictions for this weekend?

It will be DT Scott or Tx Spirit to win U9 Gold division. I think Odyssey will also place.

If that is Tx Spirit North top team in silver I think they take it. I don't know much about the other teams in silver. The Kicks 05 team could place here.

I predict it's Keegan vs. Scott in the finals. Hard to pick a winner... so will just wait to see how it plays out!

Do the Oklahoma teams have any history playing against any of these teams?

I believe the Hurricane team was here last year and made it to the finals of that tourney... I believe they lost to Fever Red in a close game.

You've got some really good teams in Gold. We have played everyone except Blitz and DT Scott(are they DT South?) We just lost to LA in a very good game, Goodman, Keegan, Hurricane and Odyssey are all very good teams. Of course i'm gonna pick Tx Spirit, but LA and Keegan should be the winner of bracket 2, although we had a really tough game against odyssey. Bracket 1 is up for grabs, we've beaten goodman, and lost to Hurricane...both 2-1 scores. Gonna be a fun weekend, should be some exciting games.Edit: actually lost to Hurricane 1-0

Based on other post above, Tx Spirit is in Silver, but maybe post was wrong (schedules not up at time of my post to confirm).

With respect to Tx Spirit North, it is their top team.
