Yes the only thing that would surprise me is SRAS losing and I doubt any of the #2 - #10 could do it. When these teams play eachother anything can happe.

Not sure if I would call a 10 team beating another top 10 team by 1 goal an upset (not including SRSA of course). I would agree it was not expected but not an upset IMO.

A #7 team beating a #3 team is a upset a #4 beating a #2 team by 4 goals is a shellacking.

I tend to differ. Dalglish over DTS qualifies as an upset to me. Other than the LP Dalglish parents I highly doubt anyone else would have picked them to win based on the history of those teams.

Sting Mendoza over Fever is not an upset IMO but the score differential (4-0 Mendoza) is much larger than most would have predicted.

I wouldnt have picked Daglish to win either and if there were a rematch today I still wouldnt pick them. A team can have a bad day, players missing or just be unlucky.

The "history" of these teams appears to be limited to two games - both in the final of a tournament. DTS won both - first game it was tied in regulation but DTS scored in extra-time; second game was 1-0 win for DTS but a very, very even game. So . . . considering how close the only two prior games have been, I'm not sure how Dalglish winning this time round by one goal is really that much of an "upset".

I just checked DTS got soccer record and it looks like your version of their "history" is incorrect
Texas lightning showcase 2012 DTS-5 Liverpool -0 then again in the finals 4-0 and don't for get your very own legacy freedom tournament 2012 DTS 3- Liverpool 1 so it looks like they have played more than twice try 5 times .

Great win for Mendoza, looks like they cured their Labor Day finishing woes. Very dangerous team.

Who cares about the history between DTS and LP Dalglish, for one game LP got the win. Great win for them, you know why it's a great win? Because DTS is a really good team, with good kids and a good coach. I'm sure these teams will meet again and if the last two games they have played against each other(1-0 DTS win against this team playing as LP Copa and now this game) are any indication it will be a really close game that will come down to one or two possessions. I might need to try to watch the next one.

Seriously though this league is really tight right now with every game seemingly a toss up. Look at the standings after this weekends games (assuming sting Scarfone won):

1. SRSA
2. Sting Scarfone
3. Sting Mendoza
4. DTS
5. FC Predator
6. LP Dalglish
7. FC Prem
8. Fever
9. Sting West
10. Cosmos

Basically teams 2 through 8 are separated by one game and a few goals. The next 3 weeks should be fun. A lot of really solid teams and any weekend can turn on if some kids have a sleep over or not
