Uniform Donations - This Saturday, October 27 at Russell Creek

FC Dallas Foundation’s “Gear Up Project” collects new and used soccer gear from organizations, teams, clubs and individuals (Boys and Girls) and redistributes them to help youth enjoy the sport they love, soccer. Plano Youth Soccer is cooperating in this effort, and we encourage all North Texas clubs, their teams, and their players to come together to help. The goal is collect complete soccer kits (game uniforms, practice uniforms, backpacks, etc.), used balls, gently used cleats, shin guards, and training equipment.

Collected items will be donated to children throughout the area and the world through a number of partner organizations. Imagine seeing a team of children in another country wearing your team’s uniforms!

We will be at Russell Creek on Saturday, October 27 in the pavilion.

Many thanks to everyone who took the time to donate over the past two weekends. We received hundreds of individual uniforms, including several complete team sets (many thanks to Sting and the Impact clubs). We also received balls, cleats, shin guards, goalie gear, etc. We will be working with FC Dallas again in the spring, so please don't toss anything.
