is it really a tough pill to swallow or will those 2 teams be eager to play at their level and hope to dominate...the two teams moving up should also be concerned, is that a correct feeling? Do teams falling down to the lower level, lose their team?

yes definitely, not often do teams do well going in either direction, but there are always a few who break the mold. This spring we be fun to watch for sure.
