Solar Can: 39 pts-- I guess they're "okay", if you consider 12 wins, 3 Draws, 1 Loss , 32 GF, 8 GA "pretty good". rabbit Too bad the same team won't be in D1 next year. Will THIS team get to play in State Cup?

The Contenders...

Lady Aztecs: 27 pts-- After losing to the struggling dTX team, they reeled off 3 straight wins
Andromeda: 26 pts-- Playing Sting North this weekend!
Sting North: 26 pts-- Haven't heard from Mama Bear and Friends since they whipped FC Blue 4-0. Which Garrett was on Sideline??
FCD Blue: 21 pts-- Last 2 games against Mustangs and Aztecs. Parents complained that Sting N coach sideline coaching got them out of their game and considering a protest..
'Stang Bussey:21 pts-- Last 2 games against FCD Blue and DTX
Sting Parker: 20 pts-- Last 2 games against (gulp) Solar Can and FCD East

Who is moving up? Who's going to be left to do deal with up & coming D3 upstarts?

I apologize to any Solar C stakeholders that I might have alarmed. I should have done a better job characterizing my comment as speculation.

I was not trying to insinuate any type of inside team knowledge, but referring to history of key players leaving successful D2 teams that have advanced into D1. It is part of the reason they typically struggle after moving up. The fact that U14 ECNL is gaining energy only increases the difficulty of retaining/improving existing rosters.
