I think it is covered under the War on Terrorism Act. However, I have heard that the FBI, the NSA, and the Secret Service all know.

All true...It is SG. We got scared about D2 and decided to let the bye pass...Solar said fine if you don't want it...Girls are all getting new BCs and we will be trying to requalify as 04s next year. We have missed the joys of our dds being in academy soccer, and since we never got ranked by a Gopher, we borrowed the time turner from Harry Potter, and decided to start the process again.

Busted by Rabbit! And we would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for...

All the teams are still intact- there will be eleven teams in D3 due to a clerical error.

I didn't speak directly to anyone from LHGCL. This is second-hand info but it rang true to me. Guess we will find out in a couple of days if indeed it is factual. How lucky is team #11!

If this is in fact the case, then I don't know why they wouldn't shift everything up so there is 10 teams in each division. Much easier to schedule and everyone gets the same number of games.
