It never ceases to amaze me why people ask for scores on this board, when all they need to do is sign up for scores to automatically be sent to your email or text. Get with it.

InfoMedia Services, the mobile agency, today announced it has been chosen by Tesco Real Food to deliver and launch a mobile version of the popular ‘Find a Recipe’ facility on the http://www.tesco.com/food website.

InfoMedia will deliver both a mobile internet site that allows text input and a shortcode-based SMS facility that will enable users to simply text “cook” plus an ingredient to 83726 (‘TESCO’ on an alphanumeric keypad) – i.e. “cook lamb” – and get a link to the recipe ideas from the mobile WAP site sent straight to their phone.

Congrats to Sting North Angell girls for a great tournament! They should do really well in LHGCL D3!

What happened in the Liverpool Silver B bracket finals?  I really expected them to win. Seriously.

There were some extreme conditions between the 105 temps during the quarterfinals to rain during the semis. All of the girls who played are tough athletes!

Congrats to Andro on the Gold Bracket win. Their defense was stout this weekend!!

Congrats to Andro Powers. Always nice to see good things happen to good people.

Also great to see Monte bounce back from relegation and show so well. Losing in PKs is always a tough out after such a long weekend, but looks like those writing monte off were premature.

Both Andro and Monte lost key players, but it speaks to the depth of the age group (players and coaches) that they were able to end up as PLD finalists a few months later.

Also have to give propers to Sting Angel. Will be very interesting to see if they keep together next year, or whether the handful of girls that could grab ECNL spots will decide to make the jump. If they stick.together they could become one of those teams nobody wants to play at u15 because their chemistry and style of play is too difficult to deal with.
