PPL QT CARDS?

The most interesting statistic from the Plano QT is the number of CARDS issued. The stat is listed as PEN
U-11G PPL QT. 28 teams, 3 games each, zero cards
U-12G PPL QT. 20 teams, 3 games each, 5 cards
U-13G PPL QT. 28 teams, 3 games each, zero cards

but i did hear that a parent got thrown out of one of the U13 games...what kind of card is that?

The Coach may be held responsible for the parents behavior and thrown out of the game at the Ref's discretion. It could be a yellow card for the coach, it could be a red card for the coach, it could be nothing. I've seen an entire sideline thrown out. It was really quiet after that.

Under NTSSA bylaws and rules, YES. If the Coach gets a Red Card, they are out for the next game as well, unless it's the last game of the tournament.

Interesting...I saw the keeper of FC Flames receive a red card and told to leave the field against their match with Real Estudianti. I did not see the foul that warranted a red. It was in the box and resulted in a PK for Real. I was surprised to not see the card reflected in the standings for the Flames team.

. It sounds like the ref ruled that the keeper committed a foul on a goal scoring opportunity in the penalty area. That's a red card offense. It doesn't have to be violent or dangerous. The PK would have been because the foul was committed in the penalty area (the box).
