10. Spence 4

I think:

Bussey...hang on to top spot by a point...watch out though. Will need 2 wins.
SCP...but I predict they win out (beat Bussey) and lack a point at the end...just need to get some help and to maintain their focus. SG did you no favors vs Bussey.
SG...IF they play like they have the last week, they hold #3.
East...may pull points, but not enough to pass SG.
Feet...If they get back on track, they pull some points (maybe 6, even 7), but still trail East.
FCDP, DTN, SF...This will change weekly as we go with ties etc. Anyone beats anyone and schedule favors FCDP, but they have to take advantage.
DTFW...I wouldn't be surprised to see DTFW draw a couple or even win a couple here, but even 9 points won't be enough.
Spence...has been better and could win or draw a couple, but too far back.

Well, unless Mustangs Bussey takes a major tumble and loses all the remaining games, I would say they are safe to move up.

Not true actually.
If Blue wins their last 3 and the Bus draws one there will be a playoff. Minimal chance for that to happen IMO. East or Feet would need to draw or win and Blue has to beat Bus again.

Upon further review, I tend to think the standings end exactly as they are now; that's my post and I'm sticking to it.

Why would it be a draw? I would think Sting would move to D1 by owning the head to head matchup.

Please do not quote me on this, but I believe in regards to relegation or promotion there is a one game playoff. Other statistics only come into play to determine league standings.

Any board members want to clarify? It happened that way with my oldest a while back.

Net is correct:
Head-to-head competition will be used to break the tie, when to determining a division champion or relegation.

I would agree if DTFW wins out they would need help to stay in. They are capable of such but we have our share of injuries as well and miracles are welcome!   
SCP had a few fall games, ties with DTFW, FCDP and FCDE they probably wish they could have back. Not taking anything away from Bussey but SCP has been a dominant force this spring and should be on top. I think they win out as well and would need some help to get the head to head. My money is on them to promote.
