Let us not take lightly the constant pounding on hard courts in soccer shoes increasing lower back issues. It's real!

Congrats to Sweet Feet 06 great group of talented girls, very skilled and aware beyond their age. Two 3v3 National Titles, best wishes to this group of girls. Also congrats to Black Star great all around group of girls as well. It was an awesome weekend and fun too watch all the 06's play as hard as they did.

Its also now part of US Soccer curriculum. So for any DDs and BBs with thoughts of ODP and/or DA Academy they will see futsal intermingled with their training.
City Futsal hosts the ODP portion for our region.

It's a training tool, to much of one and not enough of others can create habbits that can get a player in trouble. You must create a year training plan that incorporates all types of play on multiple surfaces to insure well rounded development.

Congrats to Sweet Feet on their win and Black Star on their strong showings!
I recently saw 3v3 for the first time, and I definitely prefer futsal. I think futsal is more like soccer, despite the court surface and different ball. I also liked 6v6 a lot.
