We've all seen it. Girls that play soccer get thunder thighs.
Anyone know of a regimen that my wife can put our daughter on in the summer to keep her from looking like a Sting player? (No offense intended)

morgan is acceptable in the leg department as well as Mitts and O'Hara but most of the poor girls playing for Sting and Texans have been built into Hope Solos.
