Yes, but it seems the reach of the new strategies is to Youth National Team pool, those recruited into it, and possibly college soccer. Nothing below that were kids are learning the fundamentals.

Why couldn't they do a few camps across the country, open to all coaches from large and indy clubs that teach or offer instruction on the kind of development fundamentals they are looking for. That way when they players get to U17, 18 and beyond and are recruited for USWNT pool they already have some of the tools and have been exposed to the style of play?

That said, I know everyone thinks they know best so I'm sure lots of club coaches would not want to take direction from anyone.

Here's a question. Does anyone out there feel like their DD is in some kind of systematic development program? Meaning while you work in the "weeds" you can see the 10K foot view? Seems to me that every team is an island and everyone does it differently.
