Sorry to burst your bubble but i take great pride in the fact that I've only posted 14 times on this message board. I just find it funny that you are whining about 04's playing up in an 03 division. But, since you have 130+ posts on this forum i guess that would make you a soccer genius.

And.....there you have it. All 3 of the 04 teams placed in the "Gold" division with only LP Barnes to represent the "big girls". So, essentially, the 04's are having their own little tournament. The 03 talent in this tourney is not LH caliber and I think the tournament directors saw what has been mentioned here.....more talented 04 girls taking on 03 girls is probably a no-win situation for the 03's.

The tourney director probably heard all the whining.. I am hoping that the few complainers about the 04's playing up were just a vocal minority and there's a silent majority that doesn't feel that way. My hunch is that folks with higher level 03 teams wouldn't be sounding off and just take the competition as it comes.

I do think that it silly though that the 04's were all grouped together. If you're gonna do that why not, if you're the TD, encourage those 04 teams to just play age pure instead where they could have some variety in the schedule, the incentive of a 5th game and/or possibly structure the 04's with a Gold/Silver?

I guess there is PLD to look forward to where there should be an abundance of teams across all levels and age groups.
