Will Age Pure impact 04's/U12 or are they grandfathered in under the old school age rule?

No one is grandfathered. 04s will either be U12 again next year, or they can play up with the '03s again. Not sure when this takes place in NTX. USSF has it as recommended practice by Fall '16 and mandated by Fall '17.

LHGCL will start 9v9 in 2016 for the incoming 06 age group. By 2017 both U11 and U12 will be 9v9 as outlined by the USSF Player Development Initiatives. Nothing changes for this year..but next year the changes begin!

So all current U12 and U11 will have to go back to 9v9 after having played 11v11 for 2-3 seasons

U12 next year (current 05s) are grandfathered in regarding 11v11. They don't have to go back. Fall '16 U11's have to play 9v9 next year.
