AP 03 PrimeTime League

Happy New Year to everyone! It's been a while but as I peek out of my cave from hibernation, I have to ask a question. No one is advertising but since primetime sports is hosting another league this spring, these teams usually have to be rostered through US Club Soccer. So, does anyone know if there will be any mixing of rostered players since it is AP? Ex: FC Dallas pulls from Elite, Premier, Red etc... Or heaven forbid, another club rostered player? Can a player play for let's say, Cosmos in LH rostered in NT and also on play with FC Elite rostered with US club? Just curious...

I echo that question - however, curious if this would be the same as ECNL since that requires dual rostering (USCS & USYS)...  wouldn't this be essentially the same?  If so then I would guess that a player, say on FD Premier, could roster with LP Elite for the purpose of USCS Primetime right?  I'll leave the answer to those that actually know the answer but it seems to me it would be very much the same correct?

However, it would also fall on the coach to allow that to happen. The coach could get upset and tell the player they cannot play on a blended team. But by rule I believe they could dual roster if the coach allows it.
