Video I made about possession out of the back. Positioning is crucial, and that is the foundation of all my drills.  Put the players in positions to succeed, there technical abilities will do the rest.

Good drills. Not enough coaches practice building out of the back in my opinion. There's a vid I saw on youtube about how Barca consistently builds out of the back even though its risky at the beginning of the game.

Agreed! Builds a lot of confidence when successful.

Yes that Barca video is great! Hopefully it's the one on 'Monday Night Football' where they break down Barca playing out of the back against Madrid. Very inspiring soccer, takes full commitment and courage.

I am trying to find some '07 girls that would like to join a new team coached by Coach Zee. I have never done this before so I am open to suggestions how to proceed. I am not looking to grab girls from other teams. Preferably, just find a way to get the word out that there is a great coach looking to find a few girls to have some fun.

You will get more response if you make a post in the 07 board on this site. Be sure to give a little more info about your team, practice times, and contact info, etc.
