I am curious how many practices your DD's coach holds a week. Also, do you have your DD in extra training? Please reply so all can see. If you want to put your team feel free. Thanks in advance.

Twice a weak 1.5 hours. Game in the weekend or two. Yes it is not unusual for players to have a skills session or two built in that schedule.

Twice a week at an hour and a half each session.

1 hour of club wide skills included in dues.

1 hour of independent/private skills.

All on different days.

Private Skills 2x a week
Game 1x week

(tournaments put skills training on pause for that week)

Practice 2x/week for 90 min. 
Skills 1x/week
Futsal or skills league 1x/weekly
Club offers additional training but we play vball/bball/track

1-2 deload days (light juggling, footskills, etc.)
scheduled around everything else
