Sting has 8 soccer complexes in the DFW which consist of all ages of players ranging from U6-U19. All Sting coaches have passed an extensive background check and have been licensed accordingly to fit their age groups in order to provide proper training for today’s youth to develop at the highest rate. Is Sting having issues finding players for the academy teams? I haven’t seen a club post for players in every age group before.

No issues finding players. We have teams that have developed and we are welcoming players looking for a potential team to come out. Nothing out of the normal, and no, the Sting Ship is just fine.

Interesting, so a week before the leagues start Sting needs players to come out to your 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 teams. Ill watch to see how rough the sting waters are.

One bad decision by a club can easily have the wheels coming off fast. Sting will be fine! Just watch out for cost to rise.

Gossip mill is that a friend of a friends friend told us    is that Sting actually released a coach over this past weekend and she is “wanting to now take” her teams with her. Apparently, Sting is making changes for the better as they say. My husband and I have known this parent who plays for one of the young ladies teams and told us about it. If that be the truth, then good for the club. Maybe there is something positive to come of it. Time will tell.

Very well agree with you, lol. We went on and looked and found the coach had indeed been removed from her teams, but the teams were still listed the last time we checked.

I feel bad for Sting like you said they don't have much of a 09 division not 1 top 30 team hopefully thing will turn around with all this posting. Hate to see such a big club sink.

With all due respect, we have a special 09G group on the way up in the rankings. Easily top 20 by the end of our season I’m guessing.

Sting has made a lot of great adjustments and added personnel changes to the club for the better.

I, as a coach am looking forward to the future with the Sting organization. Yes, every club has their positives and negatives, but I just thought I’d post and ask if anyone knows any upper 09’ teams wanting to do some friendly matches in the near future. More touches the better for my group.

38 to top 20 good luck buddy, you'll have to play some top teams in the next tournament silvers not going to cut it buddy. Everyone in the top 25 is playing Gold.

Well thank you for the kind challenge there sir. I can appreciate that. Us adults can’t obviously play for the players, but I believe in our group and their future regardless of the stats. We will see where we end up, and grow from there.

They had a top team. HAD, that’s til Covey left...he must of known dey were going downhill...

I am finding alot of symbolism in the logo and similarities to the Cowboys. Time to get the pledge out and dust those old trophies.

I did not leave Sting for anything other than, it was the best move for my families. My teams are made up of players from far North Dallas. Adventure Landing was too much of a haul for my families. Nothing to do with Sting in general, just the best move for my families.
