Guess nobody’s gonna focus on
Allegiance winning out in their group in dallas
Open oh wait they really didn’t beat anyone
In that group it was all a bunch of weak teams
Other then that NOKC but thy just got by on that one with a tie against them in pool play in a 1 goal differential in the final smh I’ll just leave it there

So results categorizes teams as a kick ball unit? Why would the tournament group fcd and tigeres in a maybe silver division?They had non competition until they met in final.

Weak teams? Ok. I get it. You don't like Allegiance... A few posts above, you said you wanted FCD with DT Palomaque, and NOKC, and Dudley...But after Allegiance beats DT(who beat Eligio 3-0 a few weeks ago), pretty handily, was up 5-1 with a few min left. And then OKC, which Allegiance out possessed them and outshot them by a wide margin in both games, they don't count. You are a funny guy....I'm glad they don't care about wins and losses.

Im not going to say those where weak teams in the Allegiance bracket but DT Palomaque team appeared either to have not their best showing as of late or where missing players from texas cup team. For ex: Only winning vs FCD Fitz 1-0

Going off the other Allegiance teams (07s,08s)
They about rank in the 8-10 range and the 09s are no diffrent up to this point.

It would have been nice to see them all grouped in the same division. (FCD Red, Ftw Tigers, Allegiance)

Wow...They used to be 3 to 4, now 8 -10??? The score against Palamaque last weekend, is what normally happens when they play them, not the other way around. Allegiance 09 also beat their 08 team a month or so ago. Ask the teams who have scrimmaged them(in 9v9 or 7v7) over the last 2 months what they should be ranked. I know what the coaches have said.

They have beaten FCD Adrian(with forward from academy) multiple times. Lost 1-0 to Tigres. Winning against Eligio late into 2nd half twice. Lost 1 by PK's, and the other by keeper(defender playing keeper) mistake. The only losses that were bad were the 2 to FCD academy. One without a keeper.

But we will take 8-10..Since winning doesn't matter at this age.

Anyone who wants to scrimmage PM me.

Sad part is no one is even saying Allegiance is bad a team- instead most say the top 6-8 teams are kind of close which Allegiance is one of those - but you want your team to be #1!
Maybe Pedro needs you to help coach his team since you seem to be an expert in being "DEFENSIVE". You could be the Defense coach!

I like that we have now gone to scrimmage results for ranking purposes.

Coaches should always scrimmage to win. Don’t bother with experimenting with kids in different spots, getting extra touches for reserves, etc.

You guys flip flop so much....It starts with Allegiance has no talent to beat top teams. Then it is....We don’t play anyone. Then it’s, who has time to look at rosters. If that’s the case, who has time to go on a kids soccer forum.

We have never played Gonzales, I said Adrian. This is fun for me... I hope this arguing is in fun, if not you have serious issues.

When it comes to where my kid plays, I don’t care about winning. But If adults are going to argue in fun...I am down.

FCD Adrian is FCD Gonzalez. Adrian Gonzalez is the coach’s name.

I also don’t think that anyone is doubting the idea that Allegiance is a very good team. Every team being discussed in this thread can play.

The reason I brought up scrimmages, is that you can see how they boys play from a skill level. Not from a win/loss perspective.

I only got on my soapbox based on these comments.

"But no finishers on this team when going against top teams"
"Allegiance doesn’t have the talent no matter how much of a great coach he is style of play looks great and all but will always fall short due to lack of talent on that team really don’t think that team will last long parents on that team want to win"

From going back in the thread, I realized its the same guy(Golaso09) who is saying all this. He/She spoke negatively about the kids, which I have not done in any of my posts.

As I stated in a previous post my kid has played with alot of different really talented 09's at one time or another. That's how I know the forward's main team does not play for FCD Adrian/Gonzalez. He is also played with the other kids that move back and forth between the teams.

And no I don't care about Allegiance being No.1.....I believe it's Tigres, then FCD Academy, and about 5 teams that you could make an argument for 3rd.

I was responding to the other post.... I was NOT trying to say Allegiance was No.1, or that people thought they are no.1.....I know that is not the case.

Based on wins tigeres has a better record than Texans south , not sure why they were ranked lower
And not sure what guest players fcd , and Texans are taking to this tournament but the one who stacks up the most has a greater opportunity in the end
Allegiance may do better against teams that don’t know much about them
