Sting had no teams in LH D1 09g. Sting Spence was promoted from D2 and Sting Asher was relegated. How will Sting Heedum have a D1 bye?

I texted to find out about the team. I got a basic response. When I asked what club the core group was from and how they secured the D1 bye, I did not get a response then. It's a valid question for anyone looking at Sting.
