Trinity University Mini-Camp

Husband drove dd down to the Trinity University Camp this weekend. Perfect weather. As expected/hoped, the for fun younger kids camp is totally separate from the high school college prep camp. Small numbers. About 80% boys. 5 keepers. 2 girls and 3 boys. My dd is the only freshman/youngest. I like practicing with the boys since IMO, most boys play faster and with more intensity than most girls. Husband described the campus as Tulane, but set in the Hill Country. The Queen is pleased and ready for a workout.

The Queen reports The River Walk was congested and dirty. Too many people smoking in a closed crowded area. In her opinion, dirtier than New Orleans? She reports buying a Perry the platypus tee-shirt, so all is well.
From the DFW area, there is one 94 from Solar. Some of her group are already committed to Trinity. She thinks everyone else would like to be committed to Trinity.
