Post by It's Just a Game...Relax 07/04/11, 08:23 am

I am relatively new to the area and have been looking for the best place for my daughter to tryout. I have seen a few teams play and seen some good teams out there. Can anyone give me some feed back on who is considered the best coached team? I know this is subject to personality, but I'm trying to do my homework. I have seen Juventus, Solar and SRSA play as well as a few others. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

What part of town are you? The Texans South Adames has two good teams. The first squad is very good and their B team is one of the better B teams around and are only gonna get better. SRSA also has two teams the B team is also very good. I understand Juve has a few 03 teams to choose from.

Obviously since you picked three of the top teams they all have great coaches that work on skills, possessional play, and tactics. I agree with BHP that it really depends on what side of town you live on because all three teams have great coaches.

Juventus is on the east side of Dallas and Solar is on the west side.

Dallas texans south and samba are other two well coached teams in the 03 division.

Find the one closest to you and go check them out and decide for yourself what the best fit for your DD is.

Solar Red and SRSA both practice in Carrollton off of 121. Shoot me a PM if you would like to come out to a practice. Meet the coaches and the team.

Coaches are Kat Webb and Derek Missimo.

I heard David May is the best coach, but you are out of luck...he doesn't have an 03 team!

SRSA, Juventus, Samba (D'Feeters), and Texans South are the top 03 teams RIGHT NOW. This could change, but based on the beatings they regularly hand out to all foes this would be the list of teams I would look at. Not sure about Juventus, but the coaches at SRSA, Samba, and Texans are good coaches.

Good luck.

Thank you for the needed info. We live in Carrollton so we are centrally located. I appreciate the feed back (especially the warning on carjacking potential...JK). I know the season is winding down so I just want to get my daughter out to some practices before all the spots are taken for the upcoming season. Thanks again for your help.

The top five teams are
# 1 SRSA,
#2 Texans South
than Juventus, Samba (D'Feeters), and Sting/formally Andro in no order.
