Shocked that there is no commentary on the SRSA game vs. Rowdies
I'll admit i was a soccer stalker -getting to the fields 2 hours early to watch the match up
So I will add a few commentaries . to this game
Rowdies dominated first half -except for one crazy loose goal that got in. I believe there was a payback foul in this play but it was not called as an earlier foul was not called.
Second half Both teams more composed . Rowdies passing better and moving ball. SRSA relying on long throw in, high kicks and the speed and talent of one player. In the end Rowdies mantained composer and scored two nice goals, almost a third in the end to win. Some coach other than RH was coaching and team played better than the last few times I have seen them play with RH and IF-Coaching change so soon????????????????If not maybe parents shouldpush for it.
Side note: Kat's parents were out of control- . Sorry gotta call it like I see it.. I switched sides at Half, it was bad.

Probably no commentary bc that's where emotions run high. Keeping it sime with scores and congrats keeps everything easy.

JMO...I got to he game early also o watch this game. I enjoy this matchup because of the intensity of the players. Both are evenly macthed with talented forwards on both sides. It ended just the way I thought it would, down to the wire. The first half, I thought was dominated by Webb. There was one player that was a beast. she was all over and she actually scored a beautiful shot. That was a prime example of not giving up on the play. You can't teach that kind of will. The second half, Rowdies picked it up and Webb's team let 2 get away from them. Always a pleasure to watch these TWO GREAT teams.
FYI.... there was bad foul in the first half and that was the only reason Webb's parents were upset. However, What I liked is that the player that was fouled, minutes later she came back and scored a nice goal. Tremendous talent...

Many fouled were called and not called both ways. IMHO TEXans dominated the first half just couldnt find back of the net. The TX keeper touched the ball once in first half as opposed to SRSA keeper touching it . I do admit of the talent and will of the one player, she is outstanding and persistent. Tensions always run high between these two teams, it's always a battle and parents are high strung. Didnt really get a good look at the game to many DT parents on our side of the mid-line so I watched most of the game from behind our corner flag so I didnt have to listen to them.
I know the game didnt go more than 3min before the ref blew the whistle for a foul being called on DT. So annoying that is.
I can tell you that one of their outside mid/forward and their goalie played lights out.
