Unfortunately, you are correct. No goals yet, but a great group of hard working girls who are giving it their best and never give up. The team formed right before the season with all the coaching fall out and they are getting better each week. Every game has actually been quite competitive with halftime scores of 0-0 or 0-1. The other team usually has 3-4 more subs (vs. 1 or 0), so they have just run out of gas. Also a few "silver" teams in EAL that probably should be "gold" by my opinion.

At times, yes, it was very competitive. The Texans had success crossing into Kicks' back third, but, once there, they weren't able to generate many scoring chances. Kicks simply played their game, moving the ball around, creating chances for their forwards, and shutting things down defensively.
It was a fun game, and I look forward to the rematch.
