Plano Labor Day question....

Two questions. First of all, I am curious what Dallas teams are participating this year.
Second, does anyone know what the rules are for a player being dual-rostered (once as an 02 and once as an 03) for this tournament?

03's cannot play up with a competitive 02 team this year. According to NTSSA, U10s may not play up with U11s.

My DD is a rostered player, having made the 02 competitive club team in this area. This is her primary team. Are you saying that she won't even be allowed to participate in a tournament anytime we travel to Dallas?

if she is an 03 (birthdate 08/01/2002 - 07/31/2003), she cannot be rostered on a competitive 02 team. She will not be able to play in any tournaments or league games.

He is an Okie! Apparently in OK they have differant rules, now the question is...can a player from a differant state play up in a NTSSA sactioned tourny when the NTSSA prohibits its own players from doing so?

Is this a new rule? I have an 01 that has played in a tournament with a 2000 team down there in the past.

Since when does the tollway authority govern girls soccer in North Texas? Oh wait... I have to take 121 to get to Railroad and Chinn Chapel... Now it all makes sense! I knew there was a money grab involved!

If your Roster is sanctioned by an organization that North Texas Accepts (Oklahoma Rosters always have been), then you have no worries.. The NTX rule of not allowing U10s to play Competitive has nothing to do with your State Rules...
I also thought your question was can you play on two teams in this Tourney?? NTX Tourney rules have always said no to this

BTW -- Is the conversation any different since 03 is Academy and 02 is competitive? Meaning one is an OSA sponsored roster, and the other a US Club roster ---- which are completely different?
