How to Keep Your Head in the Game - Mental Skills Training

Just wanted to post a quick hello to let all you coaches, parents, and players know that if you're interested in mental training for your teams or players, I specialize in working with club soccer players. I grew up playing in Austin for a club that is now the Lonestars, and went on to start and play all 4 years in college. I have my Masters in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology, and I'm a Certified Mental Trainer with Mental Training, Inc. here in the Dallas area.
