After last nights posted scores:

Martin held serve
Paschal held serve
Monterrey held serve in a dominant way
Clear Springs held serve
Dawson upset North Shore after a 1-1 tie in PK's
Cinco Ranch held serve

Some scores not yet reported. Tonight has some good matchups locally:

Keller vs. Boyd
Ryan vs. Plano West
Byron Nelson vs. Allen

There are others but I expect no upsets in the first round

Tuesdays games:

Martin vs. Midland in Abilene
Boyd vs. Coppell
Monterrey vs. Paschal in Odessa?
Carroll vs. Byron Nelson

Region 1 quarter finalists. Games Tuesday. If Martin and Paschal can pull off wins they will probably move the games out of Midland on Friday and Saturday back to metroplex. Good luck to all and safe travels to the athletes and parents trekking out West.

Region 1 semifinals are set. Games will be played Friday in Midland:

Martin vs. Coppell

Monterey vs. Carroll

Martin lost to Coppell 1-0 in pre-season tournament so shaping up to be a great matchup. I look for Carroll to roll Monterey. Final on Saturday will send one of these teams to the State tournament. Good luck ladies and safe travels.
