The original post was to lead people to believe he was arrested for NEW charges. Bottom line, don't start spouting off without all the facts

Old drug charges new drug charges. Wake up man!! He was arrested on DRUG CHARGES. He coaches your daughter. hevshoujd be the one apologizing. He needs to be apologizing to you for having to defend him like you are.

I'm not a lawyer but I'll add my two cents. Charges and arrests just don't mysteriously come back up.

Either he violated a condition to a plea deal/probation. Or he violated his bail release. But maybe it's a much bigger situation because in this country you can only be tried once for a crime unless you get caught doing the same offense on a separate time. Yet you are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Yea I'm not a lawyer but I do watch a lot of movies. Libel/defamation requires false statements. There were no false statements here. He was arrested again. And there are drug charges again. If they are related to the old drug charges then fine but they are still drug charges and he was arrested. I hope he is cleared and that nothing comes of it but the facts are the facts and that is what has been reported by others. Don't throw around big legal jargon that you don't understand.

And come on, don't let your 04s play down with an 05 team. That's just weak.

the statement lead people to believe there was a new incident and that is false. And isthisreal apparently they do just come back up because he did neither of those. Let's just say if he is convicted I will be the first to say I was wrong. However I hope to see you all back on with your apologies if he is not. And if slander is "big legal jargon" to you then you are definitely not a lawyer and don't watch enough movies

and I appreciate your concern on where my dd plays but she has been fairly successful so far and an older brother killing it in the DA. I think I will take a pass on your advice

He does not coach my daughter we have known him for years. A great coach and a good guy so I feel confident it will all get cleared up. And they can arrest anyone they want for whatever they chose. Getting charges to go to trial is a whole different ball game and getting a conviction is another.

This coach and his Criminal Activities are a Disgrace to the Proud NTX soccer communities!!

Proud NTX soccer??? NTX soccer is full of CONVICTED felons and infidelity with soccer moms. This coach has been CONVICTED of nothing. Good to see homie back carrying the same old hate flag. The whole time you have been hating LP has managed to become the largest club in NTX. Keep up the hate homie you are doing a great job
