Happy Feet I am not sure how Rush will do against FWFC. I was not overly impressed with FWFC during the NTFC game in week 1 of LHQT. FWFC is an established very competitive team. I am not sure why they played like they did in that game. I do think the being ranked eighth is way optimistic. I believe that FWFC and Rush will play a very similar style of soccer and whatever the result, FWFC will leave the field having worked very hard for the result.

Here's a thought. 14-15 year old girls are going to be inconsistent which makes it so difficult to predict the outcome of future games. The girls are going to be "off" a game or two. You'll see them play great one game, and then be off their rhythm in another game.

So....still early but here's how D2 is SO FAR...

1. FORT WORTH FC 01G RED is 1-1 loosing big (3-0) to Jazz. Definitely not tearing it up as was posted by FW fans.

2. Andromeda Red still has not scored a goal, giving up 5. That makes 5 straight Lake Highlands QT and league games without a goal.

3. The bottom of D2 (though early) appears to be these teams based on NEGATIVE Goal Differentials and/or no goals scored:

TEXAS SPIRIT NORTH 01 RED
FEVER UNITED 01G
ANDROMEDA FC 01G RED
STING CENTRAL CUEVAS 01
DALLAS TEXANS 01G STH

4. Elite D2 teams clearly are

JAZZ 01G -
FC DALLAS 01 GIRLS

5. LIVERPOOL FC AMERICA 01 GIRLS RUSH - 2 wins. Are they for real? They beat Mansfield and Sting. Probably finishes in middle of D2 is my guess.

I just checked the records to confirm your stats.  Maybe even more telling is that until they won a game in the Plano tourney (Silver B Division), they had not won a game since February 8.   Still not understanding the logic behind the invite to stay in LH this season.  So since the beginning of last season, they are 1-7-16. IMO, the failure was inevitable.  Not that they couldn't have turned down the invitation.

Hello Helvetii, now that the season is over. What are your thoughts on this past season with LP?

LH season is not over yet.....we play the final games in the spring and then a seeding tournament.
