Yeah, this movement is completely normal. The big clubs have a tremendous amount of movement of teams and coaches at the Jr's level.

Most of the times though, businesses have to do what other businesses are doing (DA)(whether they want to or not).....just to keep market share.

Sting made a backroom deal to drop DA in return for ECNL awarding Sting a 2nd ECNL team in Austin.
It's about money. Nothing else.
Rumor is it's backfiring for Sting in a big way as the Austin recruitment has been a giant bust.
