Group A - SOLAR SC SOUTH 09B VIDAL vs. DALLAS TEXANS 09B (ELIGIO) - Eligio beat SS in Plano Labor Day 2-1. Will be tough matchup. Tigres oops i mean Solar South will be looking for something to prove and Eligio hasn't started JCL well with that 3-3 tie

Group B - FC DALLAS 09B (FERNANDEZ) vs DALLAS TEXANS ACADEMY 09B RED (STAVROU) - DT Red has some catching up to do cant afford to lose points

Group C - FC LEON NORTH TEXAS RED 09B (RIVERA) vs DALLAS TEXANS ACADEMY 09B WHITE (STAVROU) close match neither can afford to lose more points

Group D - SOLAR SC 09B JCL (KENNINGTON) vs. DALLAS TEXANS SOUTH 09B (GARCIA) - DTS is not the same team but still good. Solar having dropped the pre-da moniker now that parents are soothed must win to prove its sacrifice of Solar Evans to switch to Group D was worth it. They win this one only Sao Paulo can challenge them in group.

Group A - Solar South 3-1

Group B - DT Red 3-2

Group C - 2-2

Group D - Solar 3-1...I don't think Sao Paulo is a challenge to them. Solar should run away with this group. This is by far the easiest bracket. Unless DTS get's help from Tigres/Solar South, which I doubt since they are playing another Solar team.

I agree with you balotelli45 , but group D If DTS adds players from fc dallas Adrian and tigers/solar south they just might challenge Kennington look to count how many players they have from other clubs to help them

Solar Kennington vs DTS 4-1 looks DTS was not able to get its best guest players together. Solar's move to group D proves shrewd for now.

Most suprising FCD Fernandez over DT Red.

Week 5 Matchup

A- Allegiance Pedro vs FM Revolution
B- DT Red vs Zenith Palomeque
C- FCD Red vs Santos

Santos will get destroyed think that team is a bust

D - Solar Kennington v FCD Kang

currently top 2 teams in that division. i haven't see either play lately, but at least numbers suggest could be a good game

I don't think any games are happening this weekend. If they did i think Santos vs FCD would be a toss up. Santos, from all I heard at Plano Labor day dominated possession and game vs solar south/tigres who just beat FCD Red just a few weeks ago in U90C league. Winning Gold at Plano is far from being a bust and they won every game since. Unless they lose some kids they will be strong competition for the big academies for awhile.

I totally agree with Ntxdad101 but i would add one for group D:

D- FCD Kang vs Solar Kennington - something tells me if games were played Kang would upset solar here

I would say to you is let’s have this conversation after that game because santos they really don’t have talent , and see I heard it the other way around , about the Plano Labor Day tournament . I’m sorry coterminous I know you must really like that team but just cause your son plays in it doesn’t make it a top team back to reality check , wake up call I don’t think luck will save y’all on this one

Golaso09 why so bitter for 9 year old soccer? It's interesting when people say they "heard" but weren't at actually at the game. You formulated an opinion based on what you "heard", I have also "heard" that opinions are like a$$ holes, and everyone has one and everyone else's stinks.

um my kid doesn't play on Santos. I have a lot of old soccer friends with kids who talk and are obsessed with soccer as I am. I don't have a dog in that fight just being honest about what people are saying and based on the gotsoccer results... sounds like what I heard is true based on the reaction.

You can't say a team is a bust when it just won gold level at a high caliber tournament and is undefeated since. If you don't like the team because of some other reason be honest, its ok I dont like a lot of teams just be honest.

Sounds like your going off what people are saying and obviously going of rumors and your formulating an opinion and not really at there games if we went of got soccer and records we would put other teams who we k ow are not top teams as top teams so it’s not that I don’t like this team it’s just as I am stating santos is not a very good team and we can continue this conversation after this game takes place and probably even after the fall season is over and you’ll see where they will stand

It's hate - The words you are using is hate. Both FCD Red and Santos are good teams with great, talented players. It will be a good game.

You are showing a lot of resentment in the words you are using. You are mad at the team, perhaps, the parents. Don't but those feelings of hate onto the kids - they have done nothing to you.

I think at this time FCD Red and Tigres, are at the top....FCD has alot of talented kids...I don't think Santos are in the same conversation......But....that's why the games are played...All it takes is one starter to be sick or on vacation, and it changes the complexion of the the game...

Santos had an 09 player recently make 08 ODP.
They use two 2010s in their starting lineup (I'd like to see the other teams try that).
They played the Plano Labor Day tourney with 1 sub until the final when they had none because of an injury.
And they're constantly being asked to guest or switch teams to the bigger clubs.

Their results speak for themselves ... they don't need to go around bashing other teams to make themselves feel good. Talk to their parents or coach sometime ...they acknowledge they're one of a handful of good teams in the area (FCD Red / Blue / West, Tigres / Solar South, Allegiance, DTS).

Your opinions, as biased as they may be, are what they are - just opinions. And you're entitled to them.

But, if you really wanna kick it up a notch, tell us your name and which team you're affiliated with and maybe we can share our opinions on them.

Santos peeps don't worry just keep annoying the top 3 academies by knocking their 09 and 08 teams out of tournaments like you have been doing. Parents on these big academies don't like it when their big payments and promises made by youth academies are shown useless vs. an independent team. Don't worry, those in the know and who truly count know what is what. they know teams like Allegiance and Santos are who they looking to take from come DA time.
