Did you mean US Club roster? The answer is yes. In old days of DA you could not be dual rostered on USSF and any other league.

And US Club also seems to be loose about guest playing. ECNL does limit players to one game a day, so an ECNL player could not play for a classic team on the same day as the ECNL game.

So an ECNL player can't play for a Classic team on the same day but a Classic player can play for an ECNL team on the same day? Asking because we saw it happen 2 weeks ago as a kid from Classic played for his club in the am, then showed up to play for an ECNL team later that day (he's a discovery player though not dual roster).

An ECNL player cannot play in two ECNL matches on the same day in league play. Outside of ecnl it's a club by club basis. I know one club won't allow them to play for non ecnl before ecnl on the same day.
