04 Girls SDL Scores - Week 1 - Post them here

Finally, it's time to get back on the field. Post the scores for the 04 SDL Games here.

A couple of thoughts:
What happened to the Dirty South 04 Team? Are they dodging good competition?
Where is FC Dallas, TFC, and Sting? They can't even field one competitive 04 team to play in SDL? These clubs are big enough that they should be able to put together at least one competitive team.
Liverpool and the Dallas Texans are represented the best, both with 5 teams playing in the 04 Division.
Biggest Surprise? No Liverpool teams in Division 1. With Daglish playing up with the 03's, that leaves Beardsley and Keegan playing Division 2.

There are only six teams in Division 1 and two of those are new (Rowdies and Fever). The four returning teams for that division are Andromeda, DT North Rosales, Solar Kennington, and Texas Spirit North. Any of those 6 teams could finish on top.

I had thought Liverpool Beardsley signed up for D-1, they have Solar Kenington on their schedule. So maybe there was a lot of D-1 teams and they just couldn't play them all against each other! Do you have a list from SDL that shows the divisions. My dd plays for Liverpool Dagalish. Also, don't underestimate Liverpool Keegan...my dd(Dagalish) and 2 Beardsley girls play on this team...they are all friends with some of the girls on this team and they wanted to keep playing together.

Liverpool -Beardsley won 3-2 over Solar-Hollis.

Fever 7 (maybe 8?) Andromeda 0

Liverpool Dagalish beat Andromeda Navy 03 3-1
Liverpool Keegan beat Andromeda Navy 04 10ish -0.

I heard Liverpool Hyppia 05 beat DT 05 Davis 3-2.

Very close game and fun to watch.

That was a fun game to watch, lots of skill on both teams. Solar had one out there busting moves all day. Texans forward was going at goal all day.

Any word on Rowdies vs. Texas Spirit North Red...that should of been a good game!

I don't have the official division list from SDL so I could be wrong but if you look at the schedules it definitely looks like Beardsley is in D-2. All of the D-1 teams play each other at least once and sometimes twice. Each of the D-1 teams only have one game against a D-2 team. Meanwhile, Beardsley has seven games against D-2 teams and only one against a D-1 team (Solar Kennington).
And I agree with you, Beardsley should have been put in D-1.
Liverpool Keegan might be strong also, but I don't think many people have seen them play yet.

Not saying Keegan could play with the D-1 teams....just saying they should be decent in Div-2 or 3...
Whichever one they play in.

Also heard Aces Black won 7-2 over Liverpool Molby.

Beardsley played Solar Hollis...old Webb team.
Also if Keegan is D-2 then why don't they play a D-1 team like Beardsley does. I think Keegan is in D-3.

Andro Ugarte is Andromeda's A Team. They played Fever today and lost. Andromeda Navy is Andromeda's B Team. They played Keegan today.

Also if Keegan is D-2 then why don't they play a D-1 team like Beardsley does. I think Keegan is in D-3.

Because there are 12 teams in D-2 and only six teams in D-1, so not every D-2 team would be playing a D-1 team.
One other possibility is that there are actually four divisions and I have D-2 and D-3 mixed together. I tried to get the Divisions list from SDL and they wouldn't give them to me. The SDL guys aren't nearly as helpful as the guys from Primetime. If anyone can PM me the official divisions list I will be glad to change it if I need to.
