Looking for Strength and Conditiong Trainer

Looking for a reasonable strength and conditioning trainer for summer conditioning. Any recommendations?

Have you tried Performance Course or Velocity camps?

A friend of ours son is back in town from school in England where plays. He offers 2 hour conditioning for my daughter for $25. Practices at Glencoe Park, by 75 and Mockingbird. Let me know if your interested, only small groups of 8 max to allow everyone time.

In Frisco/Plano Keith Williams (FCD Coach) is amazing with Speed, Agility, Fitness, and Conditioning. Both my girls go to him. Very good high quality sessions. He generally uses a Park off of Hillcrest and Rolater.

Might try Crull Fitness. They have a new facility in the Texas Star area in Euless. My dd has trained at the Crull Fitness in Richardson, likes it and is getting her conditioning back as well.

Thank you to those that responded to my question about training in the SW side of town. My DD has gone to Jeremie for shooting skills and really likes him. I'd like something more along the lines of what Paradigm offers, it's just too far for us to go. Not that DD is not worth it....just sayin! I will look into the others...thanks again!
