Juve added several new players this Spring who were not already playing at a higher competition level and needed time to gel with the core group. Coach also took on another 03 team and needed the flexibility with a league that could accomodate his scheduling conflicts with having 4 teams in multiple leagues to coach on any given weekend. Juve will see other top teams in tournaments and will play where the competition is in the Fall. Not running or hiding from anyone as all the speculation on here suggests. Coach decided the team needed to regroup and mesh with the new additions and we were fine with that. Sorry if some of you weren't.

I don't care either way really (referring to your last sentence).
My opinion only, but teams should play the appropriate level leagues regardless.
No one suggesting you're running and hiding. I think most simply would expect your team to be where the other top teams are.
Several new players on Solar, Sting, FCD, Texans all the time...

Maybe you don't care but you asked why we don't "consistently get in with the other top teams" and I gave you a response. I said sorry if some of you weren't happy with the decision to play in SDL. If you included yourself in the "some" then that was entirely up to you. Many on this forum have said that Juve was running from competition or hiding in SDL, which I only pointed out that that was not the case. I don't know if Solar, Sting, FCD, Texans have added new players or not nor do I care what another team is doing. I simply said we added new players, 5 to be exact and our Coach decided to step away to develop those girls without having them feel the pressure of trying to handle great teams like SRSA and DTS every weekend. Everyone has their opinion about who should be playing where and why. We played where our Coach thought we needed to play and for a reason that was okay with our team.
