Here we go again, Plano cancels the 8:00 games tonight for a little rain and by 8:00 it is gone

Why do they do that, its fun for the girls to play in a little rain.

Yeah that was quite disappointing considering our team travels from south Tarrant County. It doesn't bother me when weather occurs and that happens but it was sporadic light rain and didn't last very long.

Our girls played in the 6:30 game. The last 25 minutes of the 2nd half were played in a steady rain that got heavier and heavier w/each minute. By the end the girls were totally drenched, and on the way home my girl said that the fields were really puddly/splashy, and that they were just about to be very messy. Sorry you got rained out, but sometimes that's the way soccer go.

I guessed our game was going to be cancelled, so We not to surprised. N TX loves their fields way to much to let our girls tear them up. just gave us the perfect chance to go to Chuys off central expressway.

The field where we were about to play on was still dry. RC field H. Both of the team’s coaches wanted to play. The rain was light and no lighting. I wonder if it was the refs that did not want to run in the rain. The league officials on site said we were going to play in the rain. There was never a down pour. I was there at 7:00 pm. It only started to rain right before kickoff at 8.

HA, Plano? try city of lewisville, they will gladly take your money and then screw you out of your tournament if it rains a drop. probably the worst run place to try to play

They have lighting, they came on around 740-745. I think he meant to say lightning.

They will also let you drive through a hurricane to get there and then cancel after they let you sit in the parking lot for 30 mins.
They are not considerate of tarrant county teams at all. Hello APL!!!

Seems like they can't please everybody- either they call it "too early" or "too late".

The real point is they aren't worried about pleasing anyone. Weather, divisions, coaching conflicts.....no consideration for they impact anybody.

I did mean lightening. Sorry. The lights did come on, but to late. Some of the games that were in progress were dark.
