Given the PL turn of events, the Elite vs. Andro should be a very good game.

Except did Elite play two games this weekend against that kind of competition? This weekend is pretty pivotal in sorting out some questions...

I wouldn't be surprised to see it slide to Elite on Wednesday even thought they may be more even...
And if Parker is to slip...Brown is a team that can punish tired legs...
The others interesting as well. SG and Sting Feet is always a tight match...recent results betray the competitiveness of the games.
Maybe Bussey has healed a little...They are tough with their full team.
Which Ferretti shows up? Regardless, will it be enough for FCDP?
Solar Hopkins has a tough defense to face in Garrett...

Great slate of games.

Brown'a goal was on a beautifully threaded pass and nice finish. Parker pressed a lot, but couldn't score. Lot of injuries for them right now. They remind me of SG...I think Rick pulled a hamstring tonight...they look like a MASH unit.

A lot of injuries for which team? Parker has all but 2 of their injured players back. Parker seems to find enough CPP players to cover the injured players. And Brown seemed injury free until tonights game when they had a player go down.

I was talking about Parker. They lost two more this weekend to injury and another was a little uncertain but going to try to play. I am not a Parker apologist, but they told me they still have a couple out from past injuries...I did see that the game was stopped for a bit for the Brown player (hope she is ok).

Don't mistake me, credit to Brown, they earned the 3 points...they looked intense and ready to play. I had a great seat to watch them. Parker played hard and were beaten fairly. I don't like CPP abuse. Just saying what I heard and witnessed first hand.

Sorry I guess I was mistaken when I was told that they had all but 2 back this past weekend and didn't realize they had lost more this weekend to injuries. The player that went of in the Andro game this weekend was back on the field. Did they lose the players in the TSC game?

The word is, "Solar Elite" had significant (3 CPP + dual roster) help tonight from their bigger, better sisters in ecnl ... A PK + 2 scores from Solar Red's outstanding, lightning fast forward...

I'm glad LH addressed this CPP issue...

I know that at least one of them was lost in that game. I didn't really pursue it...and I wasn't there.

Where did their help come from? Hopkins and SG played tonight...I know we didn't send anyone...we were marshaling everyone we had to cover our own butts...and I am almost certain that Silver didn't send anyone. They could have had 1 from ECNL per the "play down" rule right??

Soccermom, here's what I know from those in the loop:

The player injured vs andro was not back on the field. In fact, she wasn't even at the game. Being told out 3-4 weeks. Their keeper was injured against Tulsa. They have 1 ACL and one out for personal reasons.

One back from head injury (out since August)and one from a leg injury (also August) now slowly getting spotty minutes but not 100% and getting reintroduced with very limited time. The other leg injury was CPP last night to a lower division team to get time in.

Dad3is correct. They're not healthy.

As to Solar Elite I don't know. I reached out to a friend there as well.

Pack and Dad, I seem to remember someone on the board saying that the D1 teams would not escape unscathed by a loss. I think we have seen that in action. Any team can have Cinderella moments and moments of "Agony of da feet" in this division. There are a lot of teams who are still jockeying for pole position. The fact that some teams have already played 7 or 8 games and some haven't makes the race a bit difficult to really predict.

Dad, to your point, unless there is another sister team, that we are not aware of, other than Solar C and Solar G who could have provided CPP players then that didn't happen.

Ina....I hope that your teams player is ok. Our girl that went down in the box at the end of the game is going to be fine. I hear she is sore but ok. This topic has been beaten to death, but that ref last night is dangerous. He should never ref a game again.
