Incredible. GLASA kept LP Callahan and Warriors waiting for a hour past game time with the promise of refs coming. As the refs scheduled for the game after ours were getting ready to take the field, GLASA informs coaches our game was canceled. Luckily all parents/coaches showed GLASA official the respect they did not show us by either cancelling game in a timely manner or letting us play. Good luck to both teams playing tomorrow. Still no word on when game will be rescheduled.

Yeah, I witnessed the LP Callahan and Warriors delay. How can you forget to schedule refs for a tourney? Unbelievable! If I heard the explanation correctly they'll both be playing a 3 game Saturday schedule after waiting for a full hour to hear they'd be rescheduled to keep everyone else on time. Good luck trying to squeeze a refund out of GLASA too.

VERY sorry for what happened. We use the same referee scheduler that LHGCL and many other tournaments use and he missed the game. We did everything we could to try and get some standby's there and couldn't get them. Again we are VERY sorry for the inconvenience.

I will double check the game sheets in the morning. It looks like our coordinater at LP might have swapped them. If so it will be corrected early.

Yeah, the website is showing the score for the FMU / Sting West game as a 3-0 loss for United. It was a 1-1 draw.

There were no refs at the start of the Sting Garrett vs D'Feeters Mbemba game this morning either. They managed to round up 2 from the other games and start the game 15 minutes late. A 3rd joined right before half. How does this happen a 2nd day in a row?
